AAMCHI MUMBAI......!!!!!!

                  AA MC HI MU MB AA I!!!! !!!!!   Mumbai or as I say it "Bumbaai" is not just a city, its an expression! An expression of joy,of beauty and of a wonderful street life. Mumbai is like the second home for  me and I know almost all the areas and routes. I've been to Mumbai ample of times and it's welcoming nature attracts me. Mumbai for every person who loves to shop,eat and enjoy. Mumbai is also called "CITY OF DREAMS."  My typical day in Mumbai would be as follows. I wake up in the morning to see that the city is already awake and people are rushing to catch trains and taxis to work. But I am completely free to explore the city. I dress up and leave for shopping...no! not those shops that you see in shopping malls but those roadside shops that sell Pradas and Rados in RS.500.They are all quirky small shops having a common wall.Dangling earrings,dazzling necklaces,stunning bags and shoes and trendy ...

                          INDIA - A LAND OF FESTIVALS                                                It is known that India is the only country to show diversity in terms of all aspects ; religion, geography, language, food habits, dressing styles, festivals and so on.  Even though every cultural pattern and physical feature of India is unique and remarkable in its own way, the diversity found in terms of festivals in India is what I find the most fascinating.  Every festival that is celebrated in India has a deeper meaning behind it , which I find very beguiling. People celebrate each and every festival with great pomp and show. There is a lot of enthusiasm shown by people during this time and thus the entire atmosphere is filled with joy.          ...

Kashmir - A Paradise on Earth

                 Out of all the places that I’ve been to in India, Kashmir definitely takes the top spot. Having been there only once, this place has left me wanting more and more. Maybe it’s the people or maybe it’s just the place, but if there is some place in India that I wouldn’t get tired of, it has to be Kashmir.                 Vacationing in Kashmir right after I finished my board exams was definitely a dream come true. Our seven-day trip to Kashmir was filled with happiness, joy and awe of the magnificent beauty around us.                We arrived at the Srinagar airport on the morning of a crisp summer day in May. The runway was just a strip of land, barely large enough to house three aeroplanes. Surrounded by the tall Himalayan mountains, I can say with certainty that I fell in love with the state on first sight.   ...
