Have you seen the real India?

Have you seen the real India?

India which holds all its diversities with grace who's lifestyle, food, culture has a variety no other country offers is indeed a great country. But if you ask a tourist (an Indian or not) that what are the places to visit in India his answer will be Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Goa,Chennai, Kashmir, Kerala and a few other hill stations etc. But is this the real India? Visiting the tourist places can you actually say that you've seen the entire India? No, definitely not!!!

Well built buildings and even roads? Nah! that's definitely not India's thing. I've been to many places in India some of which are not even the most visited places and I've got to say that the life of people living in the rural areas of India is entirely different from those living in the concrete urban cities. Like the ones living in cities, their morning isn't as simple as a bowl of cornflakes and a backpack that is in a hurry to go to work but instead it is the man of the house carrying his tools and going to his fields while the woman running and fighting to get water for her home and the children playing with stick and wheel.

The real India knows nothing about the complexity of the world, it is engulfed by the problems of its own.
I visited a village named Galiakot and I stayed there for about a week for religious purposes. Early in the morning, the milkman would bring milk not in packets but in those steel cans- fresh and healthy. After the men left for work, all women sitting together and cutting vegetables while the children, some in school while others running around doing nothing.
Such is life that they do not care about GST or petrol prices but their main aim is to earn enough money to get food at night.
Yes, you are right India is still developing and there can be no exact estimation when it will be fully developed but still India is just beautiful the way it is and India beats in the heart of every Indian!
So, to all those who wish to see India, just like a good friend of mine, just don't visit the monuments but instead go to places where Indians live and see their lives, experience their lifestyle because they make India! the real India!!
